A little about me

I build operating systems for fun.

I’m from a small fishing village on an island in the Chesapeake bay. In first grade I started using computers for the first time. My first operating system was PC-DOS not to be confused with Microsoft DOS. Then windows 95 was released, and I was on windows full time until high school. In my senior year of high school, hurricane Isabel took everything from me. I had no choice but to go dumpster diving for a new computer. I was able to salvage everything I needed to build a “Frankensystem” minus a hard disk drive, and a copy of windows. That is when I met Linux for the first time, and I’ve used Linux as my daily driver ever since.

ISO Building

There are many diverse versions of linux. Those of us in the know, call them distributions. I currently help maintain 3 different versions of Linux.

Design & Development

I love to conceptualize and develop ideas into reality. Design done color blind, isn't exactly life threatening but we can still call it dangerous.

Team Work

I'm excellent at building team rapport. I believe the more diverse a project the better the potential for the project ot achieve great things.

The Next Chapter

“We are all different people all through our lives and that’s okay, that’s good you’ve got to keep moving so long as you remember all the people that you used to be.”

                                                                       -the Doctor

For the next leg of my journey, I’d love to work on a major Linux distribution. Currently i build ISOs for several boutique distros. I can’t allow the big fish to get away from me.
